Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :1. Receipt and entry of samples as per laid down SOPs and forward it to concerned sections. 2. Report preparation, dispatch and communication with customer and logistic teams. 3. Collection and transportation of samples. 4. Providing support to Store In-charge on matters pertaining to procurement and maintenance of stores. 5. Maintaining records as per requirements of ISO 17025 accreditation. 6. Usage & storage of CRM/SRM 7. Ensure good housekeeping and maintain required environmental conditions 8. Proper sample handling and maintain its integrity during and after analysis 9. Dispatch of test reports and invoices Estimate requirement and prepare specifications of chemicals, equipment, and other miscellaneous items 10. Maintaining records and log books of consumptions of chemicals and other laboratory items. 11. Data analysis and retrieval from ERP system/ Excel. 12. Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :· Provide assistance to planning & designing team for preparation of detailed project report/estimate. · Assist in tender specification, equipment layout for dairy process and utility equipment like boiler, compressor, cooling tower and piping distribution etc. · Provide assistance in bid evaluation process and utility equipment. · Scrutiny of drawings and deliverables for mechanical activities based on process/utility requirement. · Carryout inspection of equipment at the works of supplier (FAT). · Managing site activities & project execution – Submission of progress reports periodically to HO (if posted at site). Maintaining records at site. · Field supervision & co-ordination for installation and commissioning of process plant and utilities. · Monitoring (Time & Cost) and Quality Control of aforesaid works. · Recording of measurements and processing bills of works. Handing over of plant to the client
